Individual Counseling

Our group offers individual therapy to clients ages 6 and older. We help people work through life's ups and downs, from life transitions, family and relationship issues, to short-term or chronic mental health issues, or to substance use concerns, our team of therapists is here to help.

Couples Therapy

We offer compassionate couples therapy to help partners strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. We provide a safe, supportive space where both voices are heard and meaningful change can begin. Whether you're rebuilding trust or simply wanting to grow closer, we are here to help.

Currently we are in-network with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Aetna

 

We are working hard to get credentialed with insurances like Independence Blue Cross, Cigna, United Healthcare and more.

Our office will provide a statement of charges to submit for out-of-network reimbursement as requested.
